WHO WE ARE
Originally started in 2010, we’re a privately owned management consultancy, providing advisory, turnaround and operational delivery expertise to clients in the charity, non-profit, social enterprise, NHS, private and public sectors.
From business and operational turnarounds to service reviews, it’s our business to own and solve strategic and operating challenges - using a delivery model that is front-loaded by research and planning rounds designed to get right to the heart of the problem. We're an unapologetically agile and competitive consultancy. Our operating model leverages experienced domain experts and partners, allowing us to scale resources up and down as needed, balancing results with delivery costs.
We're passionate about helping clients understand, measure and grow, the core activities that drive their success. We get to the heart of the mechanics of an organisation, quantify the issues and opportunities, and follow through with a change plan that delivers the required results.
In our view, there is no mystery in building a well performing organisation or business. It takes discipline and experience, clear vision and expertise, open mindedness and an ability to change quickly when needed, good planning and execution, and the leadership ability to engage the hearts and minds of all involved during the journey. This is the core of what we do, and what we believe ensures our clients achieve their success.

We own our responsibilities individually and collectively. While each team member owns their domain on a project, we all understand the importance and power of leveraging collective responsibility, ownership, experience and resources, supporting each other to do what needs to be done to achieve our clients' goals.
Research & Strategy
We front-load all of our projects with a research and strategy phase, designed to unlock all of the important information about our client's organisation, project and short and long term goals. We analyse the requirements, make suggestions on the direction and present our recommendations.
Collaborative in delivery
Collaboration, open feedback and commitment to the best solutions drives our delivery model. Every member of our team is challenged to question 'norms' in pursuit of delivering the best solution to deliver our clients' goals.
